Deerfield is located in Lake County, just 25 miles north of Chicago. It is home to plenty of different restaurants, coffee shops and parks.
There has a been a steady population increase in Deerfield, recently hitting 18,000 residents.
From June to October, Deerfield hosts a Farmers Market that has seasonal fruits and vegetables, meats, cheese and more for sale. The market has been ongoing for more than 20 seasons.
Deerfield was used for many different entertainment backdrops, such as the TV shows Once and Again as well as Married… with Children and American High. Movies like Risky Business, and Stolen Summer used parts of Deerfield for filming.
